IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 3578/IX-1–2022- 79Pari.-22, dated November 18, 2022:

WHEREAS notification no. 3254/IX-1–2022-79Pari.-22, dated October 25, 2022, was issued and published in Gazette with a view to invite objections and suggestions for Issuance of notification for delimitition of Nagar Palika Parishad Nawabganj, district Bareilly as required under sub-section (2) of Section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) ;
AND, WHEREAS, after considering objections and suggestions in pursuance of said notification, final notification was published in the Gazette vide notification no. 3427/IX-1–2022-79Pari.-22, dated November 4, 2022;
AND, WHEREAS, there have been certain typographical errors in the Schedule of notification no. 3427/IX-1–2022-79Pari.-22, dated November 4, 2022;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (3) of Section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Muncipalties Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), the Governor is pleased to modify the delimitition of extent of Ward no. 24 Yakubour and Ward no. 25 Dayalpura of Nagar Palika Parishad Nawabganj, district Bareilly, which is given in the Schedule below.
