No. 429/U.P./2021(1) :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13C of the Representation of People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India hereby makes further amendments in its Notification No. 429/U.P./2021(1), dated 7th September, 2021, as amended from time to time, relating to appointments of Assistant Electoral Registration Officers of Assembly Constituencies in the State of Uttar Pradesh, namely :–
In Column (2) of the table appended to the said notification, the existing entries mentioned against the name of Assembly Constituencies given below shall be substituted with the corresponding entries in Column-2 of the Table below.
