IN exerecise of powers under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) read with Article 243-Q of the constitution the Governor is pleased to rescind notification no. 753 (1)/IX-1-2016-23T.-13, dated June 20, 2016 except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
