साधारण ख(cid:7003)ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (अधिनियम संख्या 16 सन् 1908) की धारा 5 एवं 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या 10/2022/285/94-1-2022-312(25)/2022 दिनांक 29 जुलाई, 2022 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं :-

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 11/2022/1302/94-1– 2022-312(25)-2022, dated December 9, 2022:

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5 and 7 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act no. 16 of 1908) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 1 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 10/2022/285/94-1-2022-312(25)/2022, dated July 29, 2022.
AMENDMENT
IN the Schedule to the aforesaid notification, after serial no. 19, the following serial no. alongwith the entries thereto shall columnwise be inserted, namely, with effect from the date fixed by the State Government:-
