IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Fire and Emergency Services Act, 2022 (U.P. Act no. 16 of 2022), the Governor is pleased to appoint the 13th day of December, 2022 as the date on which provisions of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force in the whole of the State of Uttar Pradesh.
