The following draft of notification which the Governor proposes to issue in exercise of the powers under section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) regarding delimitation of wards of Nagar Palika Parishad Loni district Ghaziabad, is hereby published as required under sub-section (2) of the said section for the information of concerned persons and for inviting objection.
Objection if any, with respect to the proposed notification should be sent in writing addressed to the Principal Secretary, Nagar Vikas Anubhag-1 Lucknow and be submitted in the office of the District Magistrate Ghaziabad on any working day during office time. Only those objections shall be considered which are received within seven days from the date of publication of this notification.
