IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Act no. 66 of 1984) and sub-rule (1) of the rule 26 the Uttar Pradesh Family Courts Rules, 1995, the Governor, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to engage the persons mentioned in Column-III of the Schedule below as Counsellor in the Family Courts of the districts mentioned against each respectively in Column-II of the said Schedule , for three years with effect from the date of their taking over charge.

2. The engagement of the aforsaid persons to the post of Counselors is not an appointment in Government Service and they will be attached to the respective Courts on contract basis.

4. The engaged persons shall receive such remuneration as may be determined by the State Government from time to time.
