IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is
pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 101/XXXVI-4–

IN exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Housing Act, 1955 (U.P. Act no. XXIII of 1955), the Governor is pleased to Constitute the following State Advisory Committee to advise to State Government and Labour Commissioner on the matter relating to administration of the Act and on various problems of industrial housing colonies situated in the State:-

The tenure of members on Sr. no. 3, 7 and 8 shall be of three years or till he holds the capacity of representation of the category whichever is less.
The Committee shall meet atleast once in every quarter. The meeting of the committee shall be called by the Member Secretary on the date and place fixed by Chairperson.
