IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 152/LXXVII-3–2023-60(M)-2022, dated January 25, 2023 :

Dated Lucknow, January 25, 2023

IN exercise of the powers under clause (d) of Section 2 of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 (U.P. Act no. 6 of 1976), the Governor is pleased to declare the area (total 87.5083 Hectares of land) mentioned in Schedule below, as 'Industrial Development Area' for the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor Project in Aligarh Node Village Andla and Haibatpur, Tehsil Khair and Village Karsua and Kiratpur Nimana, Tehsil Kol, District Aligarh.

The Governor is further pleased to include the aforesaid area in the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority constituted vide Government Notification no. 4246/LXXVII-4-07- 94Bha-07T.C., dated December 27, 2007.

The aforesaid area being included in the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority shall be developed as an extension of the aforesaid Authority.
