IN exercise of the power under section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint, with effect from date February 6, 2023 till February 11, 2023 all the Superintendents of the centres of (Annual System/Semester System/Dual System of Training) (To be held in the month of February, 2023) of Failed/Left Over Trainees of Government Industrial Training Institutions and Private Industrial Training Institutions of practical and Engineering Drawing examination, February, 2023 conducted by Rajya Vyavasayik Prashikshan Parishad, Uttar Pradesh as Executive Magistrate, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said code on such Executive Magistrate, in respect of the offences committed within the limits of the respective Centres of which they are the Superintendents.
