In exercise of the power under Section-21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint with effect from February 06, 2023 till February 25, 2023 all the Superintendents of the centres of Even Semester Examination/Anual Examination/Back Paper Examination/Only Back Paper, Examination December, 2022 conducted by Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh as defined in clause (n) of Section-2 of Uttar Pradesh Technical Education Act, 1962 (U.P. Act no. XVII of 1962) as Executive Magistrates, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said code on such Executive Magistrate, to be exercised within the limits of the respective centres of which they are the Superintendents.
