और, pw¡fd] रा(cid:789)य म(cid:336) मोटर दुघ(cid:330)टना दावा अिधकरणों म(cid:336) ल(cid:304)(cid:638)त मामलों को (cid:778)ि(cid:700)गत रखते (cid:352)ए यह (cid:802)याय (cid:366)शासन के िहत म(cid:336) है िक उ(cid:779)त अिधकरणों का (cid:366)शासिनक िनयं(cid:361)ण, मा0 उ(cid:787)च (cid:802)यायालय, इलाहाबाद के अधीन लाया जाय;
अतएव, अब, मोटरयान अिधिनयम, 1988 (अिधिनयम सं(cid:783)या 59 सन् 1988) की धारा 165 की उपधारा (4) के अधीन श(cid:304)(cid:389)यों का (cid:366)योग करके रा(cid:789)यपाल 75 मोटर दुघ(cid:330)टना दावा अिधकरणों म(cid:336) मामलों की अपे(cid:407)ानुसार मामलों के आवंटन अथवा (cid:802)याियक सद(cid:830)यों की स(cid:817)ब(cid:544)ता की अिधका(cid:303)रता मा0 उ(cid:787)च (cid:802)यायालय, इलाहाबाद को (cid:366)दान करती ह(cid:339)।
2 mRrj çns'k vlk/kkj.k xtV] 17 Qjojh] 2023 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 510/XXX-3–2023, dated February 17, 2023 :No. 510/XXX-3–2023

WHEREAS vide notification no. 77/30-3-2019 dated January 9, 2019, 75 Motor Accident Claims Tribunals (MACT) were constituted in 71 districts in the State of Uttar Pradesh for disposal of cases related to motor accident claims;
AND, WHEREAS, in view of the pendency of cases with the Motor Accident Claims Tribunals in the State, it is in the interest of administration of justice that the administrative control of the said Tribunals be brought under the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad,
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (4) of section 165 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Act no. 59 of 1988), the Governor is pleased to give the jurisdiction of distribution of cases or affiliation of Judicial Members to the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad according to the requirement of the cases in 75 Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.
