अतएव, अब, उ(cid:797)तर (cid:366)देश अ(cid:797)याव(cid:827)यक सेवाओं का अनुर(cid:407)ण अधिनियम, 1966 (उ(cid:797)तर (cid:366)दे श अधिनियम सं(cid:783)या 30 सन् 1966) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन श(cid:304)(cid:389) का (cid:366)योग करके रा(cid:789)यपाल महोदयk इस आदेश के (cid:366)काशन के दिनांक से 06 माह की अवधि के लिए उ(cid:797)तर (cid:366)देश रा(cid:789)य सड़क प(cid:303)रवहन निगम के अधीन सम(cid:830)त सेवाओं म(cid:336), जि(cid:802)ह(cid:336) सरकारी अधिसूचना सं(cid:783)या 5447/30-2-60एन/73 दिनांक 31 अ(cid:779)टू बर, 1983 (cid:554)ारा उ(cid:779)त अधिनियम के (cid:366)योजनों के लिए अ(cid:797)याव(cid:827)यक सेवाएं घोषित किया गया है, हड़ताल निषि(cid:544) करतh ह(cid:339)।
2–उ(cid:779)त धारा की उपधारा (2) के अधीन रा(cid:789)यपाल महोदयk यह भी आदेश दे तh हैa कि यह आदेश गजट म(cid:336) (cid:366)काशित किया जायs ।

WHEREAS, the state Government is satisfied that in public interest it is necessary and expedient so to do.
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the power under sub- section (I) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1966 (U.P.Act No-XXX of 1966), the Governor is pleased to order that during a period of six months from the date of publication of the order strikes are prohibited in the services under the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Which have been declared as essential services for the purpose of said Act by Government notification no. 5447/XXX-2-60N/73, dated October 31, 1983.
2- Under sub-section (2) of the said section, the Governor is further pleased to direct that this order shall be published in the Gazette.
