IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (2) of section 35 and clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 35 of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 (Act no. 47 of 2021) and sub-section (2) of section 12 and clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 12 of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 (Act no. 42 of 2021) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) the Governor is pleased to appoint the Appropriate Authority in each district of the State with the following members, for the purposes of the aforesaid Acts :-

- Member Secretary 4. Gynecologist/Obstetrician/Pediatrician/
