IN exercise of the powers under section 4-F of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (U.P. Act no. 28 of 1947) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to appoint the following Labour Enforcement Officers as Conciliation Officers to be charged with the duty of mediating in, and promoting the settlement of Industrial disputes in the region of their posting :–
