IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 3 and sub-section (2) and (3) of section 4 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Act no. 49 of 1988) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to reallocate the territorial jurisdiction of Kasganj (Kanshiram Nagar) and make the following amendment in notification no. U.O.-49/ VI-P.-9–21-167G-09-Justice-2, dated 18th May, 2021 :–
Amendment
In the aforesaid notification, in Sl. no. 3 of the Schedule in Column-4, "Kasganj" shall be deleted and jurisdiction of Kasganj (Kanshiram Nagar) shall be given to the Special Court, Anti-Corruption, C.B.I. (Central), Lucknow.
