IN exercise of the powers under section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011 (U.P. Act no. 3 of 2011) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, the following amendment in Government notification no. 2198/I-14–2010- 33(100)-2010 T.C.-III, dated January 15, 2011 as amended from time to time.
AMENDMENT
In the Schedule to the aforesaid notification,–
(i) the entries mentioned at serial number 29 relating to Commercial Tax Department (added to the aforesaid notification vide notification no. 375/91-2013, dated November 27, 2013) shall be omitted;
and
(ii) the entries relating to service number (3) amd (17) at serial number 53 relating to Transport Department (added to the aforesaid notification vide notification no. 337/91-2018, dated September 28, 2018) shall be omitted.
