In exercise of the powers under Section-21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint all Gazetted Officers and Subordinate Gazetted Officers of all departments of the State Government and all officers holding posts carrying the Pay Band Rs. 9,300-34,800, Pay Grade Rs. 4,600 and above in Local Authorities and Corporations or Bodies owned and controlled by the State Government, posted in the District Prayagraj of Uttar Pradesh in Mines Inspector (Mains) Examination, 2022 conducted by Public Service Commission, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj, as Executive Magistrates to be known as Special Executive Magistrates on Dated March 19, 2023 and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said Code on such Executive Magistrates, to be exercised within the limits of respective district in which they are for the time being posted.
