WHEREAS the State Government considers it necessary and expedient in the public interest so to do;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964 (U.P. Act no.25 of 1964), the Governor is pleased to declare that the area of Ghaziabad Market Area as specified in the table below shall be the Sub-Market Yard with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette :-

The entire locality within the limits of Nagar Palika Parishad Loni (District Ghaziabad).
