इस अधिसूचना के अधीन पूव(cid:7299)ल्लिखित छू ट निम्नलिखित प्रतिबंधों/शत(cid:7300) के अध्यधीन प्रदान की जाती है-
1&जिला मजिस्ट्रेट को हस्तान्तरण/प(cid:7349)ा लिखत की पुष्टि करनी होगी कि विलेख "पी0एल0ई0डी0 जी0ई0% निजी औद्योगिक पार्क योजना " के अधीन निष्पादित किया जा रहा है और उसे उक्त प्रयोजनार्थ साक्षी के रूप में हस्ताक्षर करना होगा।
2&किसी अन्य नीति के अधीन स्टाम्प शुल्क छू ट की प्रसुविधा प्राप्त कर चुकी इकाई इस नीति और अधिसूचना के अधीन स्टाम्प शुल्क माफी/छू ट के लिए पात्र नह(cid:7277) होगी।
3&अधिसूचित उपबंधों का (िcid:7059)यान्वयन स्टाम्प एवं रजिस्ट्रेशन विभाग द्वारा जारी विद्यमान मार्गदर्शी सि(cid:7373)ान्तों के अनुसार किया जायेगा।
4&उक्त अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित उपबन्ध प्रशासकीय विभाग (सू(cid:7023)म लघु एवं मध्यम उद्यम विभाग ) द्वारा नीति के (िcid:7059)यान्वयन के सम्बन्ध में जारी शासनादेश के दिनांक से प्रभावी माने जायेंगे।
स्पष्टीकरण-इस अधिसूचना के प्रयोजन के लिए-
"पूवा(cid:7304)चल" में प्रयागराज, वाराणसी, मिर्जापुर, vktex<+, बस्ती, गोरखपुर, अयोध्या तथा देवीपाटन राजस्व म(cid:7003)डल सम्मिलित होंगे। "मध्यांचल" में लखनऊ एवं कानपुर राजस्व म(cid:7003)डल सम्मिलित होंगे और ßcqUnsy[k.MÞ में चित्रकू ट धाम एवं झांसी राजस्व म(cid:7003)डल सम्मिलित होंगे। "प(िcid:7391)मांचल" में आगरा, vyhx<+ , मुरादाबाद, सहारनपुर, बरेली और मेरठ(गौतमबु(cid:7373) नगर तथा गाजियाबाद जिलों को छोड़कर ), म(cid:7003)डल सम्मिलित होंगे।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 8/2023/486/XCIV-S.R.-2-2023 dated April 12, 2023 :

IN exercise of the powers under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act no. 2 of 1899) as amended from time to time, in its application to Uttar Pradesh read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act,1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor, is pleased to remit the Stamp Duty, for establishing new unit/park under the PLEDGE: Scheme of Private Industrial Parks, in accordance with the purposes specified therein, to the limit as mentioned in column 2 of the table below in relation to the Instrument as shown in column 3 :– 3 mRrj izns'k vlk/kkj.k xtV] 12 vÁSy] 2023

The aforementioned exemption under this notification is subject to the following prohibitions /conditions:
1. The District Magistrate shall confirm in the Instrument of conveyance/ Lease that the deed is being executed under the "PLEDGE: Scheme of Private Industrial Parks" and also signs as a witness for the said purpose.
2. The unit which has obtained the benefit of stamp duty exemption under any other policy shall not be eligible for a stamp duty remittance/ exemption under this policy and notification.
3. The implementation of the notified provisions shall be done according to the extant procedural guidelines issued by the Stamp and Registration Department.
4. The provisions mentioned in the above notification will be considered effective from the date of the Government order issued by the Administrative Department (M.S.M.E.) regarding the implementation of the policy. Explanation- For the purpose of this notification.-
"Purvanchal" shall include the revenue divisions of Prayagraj, Varanasi, Mirzapur, Azamgarh, Basti, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya and Devipatan. "Madhyanchal" shall include the revenue divisions of Lucknow and Kanpur and the "Bundelkhand" shall include the revenue divisions of Chitrakoot Dham and Jhansi. The revenue divisions of Agra, Aligarh, Moradabad, Saharanpur, Bareily & Meerut (except Gautam Budh Nagar and Ghaziabad districts) is included in "Paschimanchal."
