IN exercise of the powers under section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor of U.P. is pleased to appoint, for May 10, 2023 for 34-Swar, 395-Chhanbe Assembly Constituency by Election-2023 on the time of voting to maintain Law and Order, all Gazetted Officers and Subordinate Gazetted Officers of all departments of the State Government and all officers holding posts carrying the Pay Band Rs. 9300-34800, Pay Grade Rs. 4600 and above in Local Authorities and Corporations or Bodies owned and controlled by the State Government, posted in the districts Rampur and Mirzapur as Executive Magistrates to be known as Special Executive Magistrates and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said Code on such Executive Magistrates, to be exercised within the limits of respective districts in which they are for the time being posted.
