IN exercise of the powers under section 31 of the U. P. Excise Act, 1910 (U.P. Act no. IV of 1910), the Governor is pleased to impose the rate of fee given in the following Schedule for issuing permits of alcohol with fee to production units to produce Alcohol fuel for its use by armed forces.: -
SCHEDULE
1. To produce Alcohol Fuel for its use by armed forces. Rs. 10 per Bulk Litre (B. L.) 2. Approval of storage capacity is compulsory.
Then issue against storage capacity or 5000 B.L.
whichever is less.
