IN pursuance of the provisions of rule 9 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, the Governor is pleased to recognise M/S Safe Road Skill and Technology LLp 19/46 Sonatalab, Panchkoshi Road, Varanasi for imparting the training under the said rule, to a person driving a goods carriage carrying goods of dangerous or hazardous nature to human life subject to the condition that the said institute shall obtain a licence in form as prescribed in Government order no.14@2023@603-XXX-4&2023-99-98, dated April 27, 2023 from the concerned Deputy Transport Commissioner (Zone).
