IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with sub-rule (ii) of rule 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Petty Offence (Trial by Special Judicial Magistrates) Rules, 1997 and section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1987) and in partial modification of Government Notification No. 23/2022/845/VII-Nyaya-2–2022- 201G-95, dated November 07, 2022 the Governor, on the recommendation of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is pleased to direct that name of the person mentioned in the Schedule below whose appointment has been cancelled by the said High Court shall be omitted from the aforesaid notification with immediate effect.
