IN exercise of the powers under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act no. 2 of 1899) as amended from time to time, in its application to Uttar Pradesh read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor, is pleased to remit the stamp duty, for Transfer Deed of Lease Hold Right No. 684 dated February 12, 2021 executed in favour of Samsung Display Noida (SDN) Plot No. B-1-D, Sector-81, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar by Samsung India Electronics (SIEPL) from the date of execution of Deed under this Notification.
