Under sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.Whereas the Government of Uttar Pradesh/Collector (for the purpose of Appropriate Government) is satisfied that a total of 0-1351 Hectares of land is required in the Village Pasonda,Pargana Loni, Tehsil Ghaziabad, District Ghaziabad, is required for public purpose, namely Planed development Scheme through Ghaziabad Development Authority, Ghaziabad.

2. Social Impact Assessment Study was carried out by the State Social Impact Assessment agency and submits its recommendations to the Appropriate Government which has approved its recommendation on dated June 24, 2022.

3. The summary of the Social Impact Assessment Report as follows: - There are total 02 families, 30 members in the proposed Planned Development Scheme. The commissioning of the project has positive environmental impact under the existing conditions. The development of the project will result in reduction of traffic congestion, faster service, safer traffic, reduction in air pollution and employment opportunities and no cultural/historical monuments will be affected. The scheme serves public purposes, therefore it is a convenient and economical transport system to solve traffic problems in the densely populated cities of Delhi and Ghaziabad and to control air pollution emitted by conventional vehicles. Hence the project serves public objectives.

4. There is no possibility of displacement of any family due to land acquisition. "U.P. Government Order number-414/One-13-2014-7(a)(8)-2014, Lucknow dated August 06,

2014 to the Assistant Collector or Deputy Collector, as the case may be, within their respective territorial

jurisdiction the concerned Tehsil" has been appointed as "Rehabilitation and Resettlement Administrator".

In pursuance of the Government Order, the Deputy Collector, Ghaziabad is appointed as the

Administrator for the purpose of rehabilitation and resettlement of the affected families within their respective territorial jurisdiction.

5. Therefore, the Governor is pleased to notify for general information that the land mentioned in the schedule below is needed for public purpose.

SCHEULE

6. The Governor is also pleased to authorize the Collector for the purpose of land acquisition to take necessary steps to enter upon and survey of land, take levels of any land, dig or sub-soil into the sub-soil and do all the acts required for the proper execution of work as provided and specified under section 12 of the Act.

7. Under Section 15 of the Act, any person interested in the land may within 60 days after the publication of this notification, make an objection to the acquisition of land in the locality in writing to the collector.

8. Under Section 11(4) of the Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e. sale/purchase, specified in the preliminary notification or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of such notification till such time as the proceedings of land acquisition is completed, without prior approval of the collector.

NOTE :– A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the collector Ghaziabad for the purpose of Acquisition.
