IN exercise of the powers under section 78-A of the Registration act, 1908 (Act no. 16 of 1908) as amended from time to time, in its application to Uttar Pradesh read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor, under this notification is pleased to remit the Registration fees, Payable on the instrument to be executed in favour of UPSIDC purporting for transfer of 173.4292 hectares of land situated at village-Rahankala and 59.5219 hectares of land situated at village-Raipur, total 232.9511 heactares of land from the Agra Development Authority, for the purpose of establishment of Theme Park in District Agra.
