IN exercise of the power under section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint with effect from date July 3, 2023 to July 7, 2023 all the Superintendents and Principals of the examination centres of State/Private Industrial Training Institutes of 75 districts of the State as Executive Magistrates for the practical examination of All India Trade Test, July 2023 (Annual System/Dual System of Training) for regular trainees of Government Industrial Training Institutes and affiliated Private Industrial Training Institutes, conducted by Rajya Vyavsayik Prashikshan Parishad, Uttar Pradesh to be known as Special Executive Magistrates and to confer on them all such powers of Executive Magistrates, for the areas within the limits of the respective centers of which they are Superintendents and Principals, which such Executive Magistrates have under the said Code.
