The first semester will strat in the month of July, the second semester will start in the month of January; (e) Classes for Diploma Courses will be conducted as per regular schedule of the school; (f) The teaching duration of each semester shall be six months including examination; (g) Internship - The conternt of the Diploma Courses is divided into two semesters. In the last month of each semester, there will be a two-week internship program in which practical chapters of the subject matter of that semester will be learned. Internship will be arranged by the respective schools in an experienced institute. The work to be done in internship will be as follows :– (a) Observation of work done by experienced teachers; (b) Documentation of work learned in the internship; (c) Practical experience under the direct supervision of experienced teachers. The head of the organization can condone for the shortfall in attendance in the following ways :– (a) Five days for the candidates appearing for each semester's examinatioin; (b) Absence of 10 days can be granted with the permission of the Sanskrit Education Board. Leave – Eery learner can be given leave in special circumstances for a period of one year as follows :– 1. Casual leave of 5 days in every semester. 2. Medical leave of 20 days in both the sessions. The application for leave will be sent to the Principal through the class teacher. The record of leave will be kept by the Principal. <h4>Re-admission –</h4> 1. If the student remains absent continuously for 10 days without any leave, his/her guardian will be informed by letter. If he does not come to school by the date given in the letter, his name will be struck off. 2. Normally there shall be no provision for re-admission. 3. If the attendance is less than 75%, he/she will not be admitted to the subsequent semester examination but will be given the opportunity of re-admission in the first semester of the next batch. The first semester of the academic session will start from July, its examinations will be held in December. The second semester will start from January and exams will be held in June. (b) Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Sanskrit Shiksha Parishad, Lucknow will be resposible for conducting the examination; (c) There will be four question papers of 100 marks in each semester. There will be internal assessment through internship of 100 marks in each semester. Division will be given like other board exams. In case of failure in any one subject, grace mark of 10 marks separately in both the semesters will also be payable; (d) The Admit Card for appearing in the examination will be issued by the Board, which will be verified by the school concerned and will be issued to the student for any reason. If a second Admit Card is sought, a fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged. Will be payable; (e) If found using unfair means at the time of examination, he/she will be expelled from the examination and will not be re-examined for one year. The chances of appearing in the second semester examination in whole or in part shall not exceed three. Payment of Rs. 500/- will be made through bank draft in favor of Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Sanskrit Shiksha Parishad, Luchnow, through Affidavit and copy of advertisement in the most circulated news paper of the state. <h4>Scrutiny –</h4> 1. Thus, the chance will be more than three. <h4>Course fee –</h4> Fee for Diploma Course will be Rs. 5,000.00/- per semester, out of which Rs. 600/- per student per semester will have to be remit to the Uttar pradesh Madhyamik Sanskrit Shiksha Parishad, Lucknow as examination fee in the form of bank draft alongwith examination form. Remaining amount can be utilized by school for teaching and teacher provision. Teacher for the course – 1. Arrangement of teacher for the concerned course will be done by the manager at the local level. Which will be approved by the concerned District Inspector of School. 2. A teacher of that qualification will be eligible for teaching, who has the qualification of teaching Uttar Madhyama. 3. Aarrangement of teachers will be done by the management authority under completely self-financing scheme. Recongition of the above courses will be given as completely finance-free.
