अतएव, अब, भारत का संिवधान के अनु(cid:787)छे द 213 के ख(cid:796)ड (1) (cid:554)ारा (cid:366)द(cid:797)त श(cid:304)(cid:389)यों का (cid:366)योग करके रा(cid:789)यपाल िन(cid:817)निल(cid:304)खत अ(cid:801)यादेश (cid:366)(cid:783)यािपत करती ह(cid:339):-

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of the Uttar Pradesh Rashtriya Vidhi Vishwavidyalaya, Prayagraj (Sanshodhan), Adhyadesh, 2023 (Uttar Pradesh Adhyadesh Sankhya 11 of 2023) promulgated by the Governor. The Nyaya Anubhag-2 is administratively concerned with the said Ordinance.

THE UTTAR PRADESH NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY, PRAYAGRAJ (AMENDMENT), ORDINANCE, 2023 (U.P. ORDINANCE NO. 11 OF 2023) [Promulgated by the Governor in the Seventy-fourth Year of the Republic of India] AN ORDINANCE further to amend the Uttar Pradesh National Law University, Prayagraj Act, 2020. WHEREAS the State Legislature is not in session and the Governor is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary for him to take immediate action; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 213 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to promulgate the following Ordinance :-

Short title 1. This Ordinance may be called the Uttar Pradesh National Law University, Prayagraj (Amendment), Ordinance, 2023.

General Amendment

2. In the Uttar Pradesh National Law University, Prayagraj Act, 2020 for the of U.P Act no. 26 of

words "Uttar Pradesh National Law University, Prayagraj", wherever occurring 2020

including the headings, preamble, short title, long title, the words "Dr. Rajendra Prasad National Law University, Prayagraj" shall be substituted.
