IN exercise of the powers under sub section (5) of section 82 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act no. 36 of 2003), the Governor is pleased to appoint Sri Arvind Kumar, Retired, IAS, 9, Gautampalli Colony, Vikramaditya Marg, Lucknow as the Chairperson of the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commision, Lucknow, with effect from the date of his taking Over Charge.
