WHEREAS a private University with the name of SDGI Global University, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh sponsored by Sunder Deep Educational Society, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh has been established vide the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019 (U.P. Act no. 12 of 2019) as amended by the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 2023 (U.P. Ordinance no. 8 of 2023).
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the aforesaid Act, the Governor is pleased to permit the aforesaid University to operate with the name SDGI Global University, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
