vkKk ls] ,e0 ih0 vxzoky] izeq[k lfpoA 2 mRrj izns'k vlk/kkj.k xtV] 14 tqykbZ] 2023 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1044/LXX-1–2023-20(29)-2020, dated July 14, 2023 .

WHEREAS a private University with the name of Agrawan Heritage University, Agra, Uttar Pradesh sponsored by Shri Jagdish Jankalyan Educational Trust, Shikohabad, Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh has been established vide the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019 (U.P. Act no. 12 of 2019), as amended by the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities (Amendment) Ordinance, 2023 (U.P. Ordinance no. 6 of 2023).
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the aforesaid Act, the Governor is pleased to permit the aforesaid University to operate with the name Agrawan Heritage University, Agra, Uttar Pradesh in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
