WHEREAS a private University with the name of K.M. (Krishna Mohan) University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh sponsored by Shri Mohan Singh Shiksha Sansthan, Pali, Dungra, Saunkh, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh has been established vide the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019 (U.P. Act no. 12 of 2019), as amended by the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities (Fourth Amendment) Ordinance, 2023 (U.P. Ordinance no. 9 of 2023).
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section-7 of the aforesaid Act, the Governor is pleased to permit the aforesaid University to operate with the name K.M. (Krishna Mohan) University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
