IN exercise of the powers under section 219 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 (U.P. Act no. 8 of 2012)(hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904) the Governor is pleased to rescind notification no. 3/2021/217/one-1–2020-Ra-1, dated February 10, 2021; and the Governor is further pleased to delegate the power of the State Government mentioned under proviso to sub-section (2) of section 101 of the said Act to the Divisional Commissioners.
