WHEREAS preliminary notification no. 3175/8-A.Ji.A.(Bhu.A.)/Ghaziabad, dated June 9, 2023 was issued under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, in respect of 0.1351 Hectares of land in Village Pasonda, Pargana Loni, Tehsil Ghaziabad, District Ghaziabad is required for public purpose, namely Planned Development Project through Ghaziabad Development Authority, Ghaziabad and lastly published on dated June 13, 2023 in news paper Dainik Jagran and Amar Ujala. As per act and Government order Deputy Collector/Assistant Collector Ghaziabad was appointed as Administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement of the project affected families.

2. After considering the report of the Collector submitted in pursuance to provision under sub-section (2) of the section 15 of the Act, the Governor is pleased to declare under section 19 (1) of the Act that he is satisfied that the area of the land mentioned in the given Schedule "A" is needed for the public purpose.

3. The Governor is further pleased under sub-section (2) of section 19 of the Act, to direct the Collector of District Ghaziabad to publish a summary of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme with publication of the declaration to this effect. The summary of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme is attached herewith.

NOTIFICATION OF DECLARTION BY COLLECTOR

By the order of declaration made under Government notification no. 3175/8-A.Ji.A.(Bhu.A.)/ Ghaziabad, dated June 9, 2023, area 0.1351 Hectares of land in Village Pasonda, Pargana Loni, Tehsil Ghaziabad, District Ghaziabad is required for public purpose, namely Planned Development Project through Ghaziabad Development Authority, Ghaziabad. I hereby published the declaration made therein summary of Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme along with Government notification, a summary of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme is given below:–

Ghaziabad Development authority is developing Rajbagh Metro Station under Ghaziabad planned development. The project will have positive environmental effects in the existing conditions, traffic management will reduce congestion, speedy service for traffic, reduction in air pollution. The project server public purposes.

For the said project, 0.1351 Hectares land is proposed to be acquired in Village Pasonda, Pargana Loni, Tehsil Ghaziabad, District Ghaziabad in which around 20 families are expected to be affected because of the acquisition and out of that not any family is in residential/Commercial displacement category. For the project affected families, R and R draft scheme has been prepared. The salient features of the Resettlement and Rehabilitation Scheme are as follows:–

➢ The compensation for land and assets attached with it would be evaluated and distributed as per Schedule-1 and other provisions laid down under RFCTLARR Act, 2013.

➢ The Rehabilitation and Resettlement assistance would be paid as per the provisions of Schedule-2 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013.

➢ One time payment of Rs. 5,00,000/- in lieu of Job/annuity to each affected family .

➢ One time resettlement allowance of Rs. 50,000/-to each affected family.

1. The implementation of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme will be completed within 18 months.

2. The plan for the land may be inspected in the office of the Collector for the purpose of land acquisition.
