NOTIFICATION
No. 434/UP-LA/2021(1):- In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby appoints, in addition to the officers appointed by its Notification no. 434/UP-LA/2021(1), dated 2nd July, 2021, as amended from time to time, the officers of the Government of Uttar Pradesh as specified in column (2) of the table below as Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officers of the 354-Ghosi Assembly Constituency in the State of Uttar Pradesh for counting of votes during the ongoing Bye election to the Legislative Assembly, 2023 in the above-mentioned Assembly Constituency in the Uttar Pradesh State :–
