WHEREAS the State Government is satisfied that in the public interest it is necessary and expedient so to do;
2. NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1966 (U.P. Act no. 30 of 1966), the Governor is pleased to prohibit, for a period of six months from the date of publication of this order in the Gazette, strikes in all services under the Animal Husbandry Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
3. The Governor is further pleased to direct, under sub-section (2) of section 3 of the aforesaid Act, that this order shall be published in the Gazette.
