çeq[k lfpoA603 RPH (Auddyogik Vikas folder) (Bhoomi Arjan) 2023 data 8e mRrj izns'k vlk/kkj.k xtV] 17 vDVwcj] 2023 3 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1406/LXXVII-3–2023-142(M) -2019, dated October 17, 2023 :

WHEREAS preliminary notification no. 516/LXXVII-3–22-142(M)-2019, dated May 11, 2022 was issued under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act no. 30 of 2013) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act"), in respect of total 0.0600 Hectares of land in Village-Jaurahi 0.0600 of Tehsils Sadar Banda, district Banda required for public purpose, namely, Bundelkhand Expessway Project through Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority and lastly published on May 11, 2022. The Collector, Banda was appointed as Administrator for the purpose of rehabilitation and resettlement of the project-affected families;

NOW, THEREFORE, after considering the report of the Collector, Banda submitted in pursuance to provision under sub-section (2) of section 15 of the aforesaid Act, the Governor is pleased to declare under sub-section (1) of section 19 of the aforesaid Act that she is satisfied that the area of the land mentioned in Schedule-A below is needed for public purpose and no land in the Village, Pargana and District as given in Schedule-B has been identified for rehabilitation and resettlement of the displaced families (No family is likely to be displaced due to land acquisition for this project).

The Governor is further pleased under sub-section (2) of section 19 of the said Act to direct the Collector of Banda to publish a summary of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme with publication of the declaration to this effect. The summary of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme is attached herewith. (No family is likely to be displaced due to land acquisition for Bundelkhand Expressway Project in district Banda. Hence there is no need for identification of any land for rehabilitation and resettlement and publication of summary of Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme.)
