IN exercise of the power's under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Bhatkhande Sanskriti Viishwavidyalaya Act, 2022 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 2022), the Governor is pleased to appoint the 3rd June, 2022 as the date with effect from which the "Bhatkhande Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya"shall be deemed to have been established.
