IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of the notification no. 14/2023/467/ LXXX-1–2023-600(2)-2014, dated October 31, 2023 :

WHEREAS, the State Government considers it necessary and expedient in the public interest so to do;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964 (U.P. Act no.
