CORRIGEDUM
IN the English translation of the Uttar Pradesh Arbitration and Conciliation Rules, 2020, promulgated vide notification no. 683/saat-Nyaya-7-2022-01G-2022, dated February 1, 2023, in place of certain typographical errors, the following amendments are made :-
(1) In sub-rule (1) of rule 3, the punctuation mark (,) be read as the punctuation mark (;) after the word "district";
(2) In clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of rule 3, the word "Precisely" be read as "precisely" and the punctuation mark (,) be read as the punctuation mark (;) after the word "action";
(3) In clause (d) of sub-Rule (1) of rule 3, the punctuation mark (:) be read as the punctuation mark (;) after the word "application";
(4) In clause (e) of sub-Rule (1) of rule 3, the word 'than' be read as 'then';
(5) In clause (j) of sub-Rule (1) of rule 3, the phrase 'and well as' be read as 'as well as';
(6) In sub-rule (2) of rule 3, the word "rule" be read as "Rule" and the punctuation mark (,) be read as the punctuation mark (;) after the word "Arbitrator";

(10) In rule 11, the word 'for' be read as 'far'.
2. The English translation of the Uttar Pradesh Arbitration and Conciliation Rules, 2020 should be modified to the above extent.
