IN exercise of the powers under section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint 24 Parmanent Sector Magistrate and 08 Reserve Sector Magistrate place at Mela in District Hapur of Uttar Pradesh in Kartik Purnima Mela Year 2023 for maintain law and order and traffic in District Hapur of U.P. as Executive Magistrates to be known as Special Executive Magistrates with effect from November 17, 2023 till November 28, 2023 and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said Code on such Executive Magistrates, to be exercised within the limits of respective district in Hapur which they are for the time being posted.
