IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) and clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Act no. 66 of 1984) read with clause (a) of rule 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Family Courts Rules, 1995, the Governor with the concurrence of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to appoint the Judicial Officers mentioned in Column-II of the Schedule below as the Principal Judge/Additional Principal Judge of the Family Courts mentioned against each in Column-IV of the said Schedule with effect from the date of their taking over charge of their respective office.
