IN exercise of the power under Section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint with effect from date December 1, 2023 to December 6, 2023 all the Superintendents and Principals of the centres (ANNUAL SYSTEM/SEMESTER SYSTEM/DUAL SYSTEM OF TRAINING) of Leftover and Supplementary Trainees of Government Industrial Training Institutions and Private Industrial Training Institutions of Practical and Engineering Drawing Examination, December-2023 conducted by Rajya Vyavasayik Pariksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh as Executive Magistrates, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said Code on such Executive Magistrate, to be exercised within the limits of the respective centres of which they are the superintendents.
