IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1959/One-9–2023- 1(S)-2017, dated December 1, 2023 :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Revenue Executive (Niab-Tehsildars) Service Rules, 2023.

THE UTTAR PRADESH SUBORDINATE REVENUE EXECUTIVE (NIAB-

TEHSILDARS) SERVICE (THIRD AMENDMENT) RULES, 2023

Short title and

1. (1) These rules may be called The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Revenue commencement

Executive (Niab-Tehsildars) Service (Third Amendment) Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Revenue Executive (Niab-Tehsildars) Amendment of rule 5

Service Rules, 2003, in rule 5, for existing sub-rule (ii) set out in Coloumn-1 below, the

sub-rule as set out in Coloumn-2 shall be substituted, namely :–
