IN exercise of the power under clause (1) of Article 299 of the Constitution of India read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 1932/VII-A N-497-73, dated July 15, 1977 as amended from time to time :-
AMENDMENT
IN the aforesaid notification, in the table in item 14 relating to Public work Department in column 2 and 3 after entry (10) the following entry shall columnwise be inserted, namely :–
