IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 40 of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Ahdhiniyam, 1964 (U.P. Act no. 25 of 1964) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh Generel Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amend the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Niyamawali, 1965.
THE UTTAR PRADESH KRISHI UTPADAN MANDI (ATTHAISWAN
SANSHODHAN) NIYAMAWALI, 2023
1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Short title and commencement (Atthaiswan Sanshodhan) Niyamawali, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in
the Gazette.
Amendment of 2. In the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Niyamawali, 1965, for clause (i)

In respect of such licences, further guidelines shall be issued through MOU signed on the basis of consensus of Market Boards of respective States and Director of Market Board, Uttar Pradesh with the permission of the State Government.
