1. सं(cid:468)(cid:162)(cid:431) नाम और (cid:292)ार(cid:224)भ– (1) यह िनयमावली उ(cid:419)र (cid:292)देश (cid:289)ा(cid:162)ासवनी (तृतीय संशोधन) िनयमावली, 2023 कह(cid:547) जायेगी।

(2) यह गजट म(cid:581) (cid:292)कािशत (cid:465)कये जाने के (cid:465)दनांक से (cid:292)वृ(cid:419) होगी।

2. िनयम-2-का संशोधन– उ(cid:419)र (cid:292)देश (cid:289)ा(cid:162)ासवनी िनयमावली, 1961 म(cid:581), नीचे (cid:232)त(cid:224)भ-एक म(cid:581) (cid:465)दये गये (cid:466)व(cid:429)मान

िनयम-2 के (cid:232)थान पर (cid:232)त(cid:224)भ-दो म(cid:581) (cid:465)दया गया िनयम रख (cid:465)दया जायेगा, अथा(cid:91)त ्ः-

म(cid:232)ट म(cid:581), उ(cid:219)ह(cid:581) ख(cid:210)टा होने से बचाने के िलये (cid:294)ांड(cid:547)

या कोई उदासीन (cid:468)(cid:232)(cid:292)ट िमलाने से है;

(ग) ''लीज'' का ता(cid:215)पय(cid:91) (cid:465)क(cid:214)वन (cid:292)(cid:465)(cid:272)या के

पूण(cid:91) होने के प(cid:230)चात वाइन के िनचोड़ने पर बचे

अवशेष से है;

(घ) ''म(cid:232)ट'' का ता(cid:215)पय(cid:91) (cid:465)क(cid:214)वन से पूव(cid:91)

वाइन बनाने के िलये फू ल(cid:585), स(cid:468)(cid:222)जय(cid:585), जड़(cid:547) बू(cid:465)टय(cid:585)

जो (cid:232)वापक एवं मन: (cid:292)भावी न ह(cid:585), के रस या

गूद(cid:585) और कु चले अंगूर(cid:585) के रस अथवा गूदे से है

और (cid:468)जसम(cid:581) वाइन के उ(cid:215)पादन के िलए (cid:465)कसी

अ(cid:219)य फल का रस एवं गूदा भी स(cid:468)(cid:224)मिलत है।

(ङ) ''(cid:292)भार(cid:547) अिधकार(cid:547)'' से ता(cid:215)पय(cid:91) (cid:289)ा(cid:162)ासवनी

म(cid:581) पय(cid:91)वे(cid:162)ण काय(cid:91) के िलए आबकार(cid:547) आयु(cid:416) (cid:430)ारा

िनयु(cid:416) आबकार(cid:547) िनर(cid:547)(cid:162)क अथवा स(cid:224)ब(cid:468)(cid:219)धत

िनरोधक (cid:162)े(cid:287) के (cid:292)भार(cid:547) आबकार(cid:547) िनर(cid:547)(cid:162)क से है।

बू(cid:465)टय(cid:585) जो (cid:232)वापक एवं मन: (cid:292)भावी न ह(cid:585), के रस

या गूदे और अंगूर के रस या गूदे या (cid:465)कसी अ(cid:219)य

फल के रस या गूदे के अ(cid:227)कोहल यु(cid:416) (cid:465)क(cid:214)वन से

(cid:292)ा(cid:431) उ(cid:215)पादज जो (cid:292)ाकृ ितक हो अथवा (cid:506)ढ़(cid:547)कृ त हो,

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers under section 41 of the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910 (U.P. Act no. 4 of 1910) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no.1 of 1904), the Excise Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh with the previous sanction of the State Government, makes the following rules with a view to amend the Uttar Pradesh Vintnery Rules, 1961 regarding licences for working vintnery as published in the Uttar Pradesh Gazette vide Notification no. 7470/II-931 dated June 15, 1961 as amended from time to time:

1. Short title and Commencement–(1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Vintnery (Third Amendment) Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette.

2. Amendement of rule-2– In the Uttar Pradesh Vintnery Rules, 1961 for the existing rule 2 set out in Column-I below, the rule as set out in Column-II shall be substituted, namely :–
