IN exercise of the power under Section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint, with effect from February 22, 2024 till March 09, 2024 all the Superintendents of the centres of High School and Intermediate Examinations as defined in clause (g) of Section-2 of Intermediate Education Act, 1921 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1921) as Executive Magistrate, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said Code on such Executive Magistrate in respect of the offences committed within the limits of the respective centres of which they are the Superintendents.
